Manicures and Pedicures have always been viewed as a luxury service. Something a person needs to spend a few hours in the parlour for. With the busy lifestyles today, it is becoming excessively difficult to keep up with these indulgences. We so often find a woman complaining about how her hands and feet don't feel soft anymore.

1. A tub of warm water and a tub of cool water.
2. A foot soak or bath salts
3. A scrub
4. A scrubber
5. A towel
6. A nail cutter

Step 3: Scrub & Exfoliate
Next, scrub your hands/feet using a scrub. you can further remove accumulated layers of dead skin, such as on your heels, with a foot scrubber.
Step 4: Wash & Wipe
Once, you've finished exfoliating your hands/ feet, wash them with cool water and wipe then with a towel.
Step 5: Groom & File
Now its time to groom your hands/feet by cutting and filing your nails and pushing back your cuticles.
Step 6: Moisturize & Paint
The last step of your hands and feet care regime is to moisturize using a hand or foot cream (substitute: moisturizer). You can finish off with nail polish, for perfectly groomed feet.
